Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on devkodde.store and processed by Paddle.com.
1. Digital, Intangible Goods
All products offered through devkodde.store are digital source-code downloads. Once access to the download has been provided, the product cannot be returned. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that the product is intangible and irrevocable.
2. No Refunds on Single Projects
Payments for Single Project purchases are non-refundable once the download link is made available, even if you have not yet used the code. Please review product information carefully before purchasing.
3. Subscription Billing
Monthly Access Pass subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal or by following the link included in every receipt. Canceling stops future renewals; however, previously paid subscription periods (including partial months) are non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks
Filing an unwarranted chargeback for a delivered digital product violates these terms. We may suspend your account and revoke access to future updates. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, may also take additional action.
5. Exceptional Cases
If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us at almazwhit3@gmail.com. We will work with Paddle to restore access. Refunds are granted only when required by consumer protection laws.
