Terms of Service

1. Merchant of Record & Payments

All orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our global payment partner and Merchant of Record (MoR). Paddle sells the Products in its own name, handles billing, collects and remits all applicable taxes (including VAT and sales tax), and issues purchase receipts. devkodde.store never receives or stores payment card data. For any invoicing or tax inquiries, please refer to the instructions contained in your Paddle receipt.

2. Products & Subscriptions

• Single Project: One-time purchase that unlocks the source code of a specific project for download.
• Monthly Access Pass: A recurring subscription that grants access to every current and future project for as long as the subscription remains active.

Subscription charges are billed monthly by Paddle and renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the Paddle customer portal link provided in each receipt. Canceling prevents future charges but does not generate a refund for the current billing cycle.

3. License & Permitted Use

Upon successful payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded source code in your own personal or commercial projects. You may modify, extend, and deploy the code as part of your applications or client work.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or otherwise share the Products "as-is" (whether original or modified), nor include them in another template, code library, or marketplace listing. Any violation of these license terms may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

4. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update any changes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Additional Policies

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. By continuing to use the Site you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to those policies as well.

6. Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove any Product without prior notice. If a Product is removed after you purchased it, your existing download remains licensed under these Terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the code will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or operate without interruption. To the fullest extent permitted by law, devkodde.store and Almaz Akzholtoev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Paddle as Merchant of Record, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction identified by Paddle for matters related to billing or taxation.
